The game can be installed in any computer through Origin, and can be played in any computer as long as they aren’t using the same Origin account at once (this may apply to computers online only). The only thing that won’t transfer is the save file, you may need to search it manually and copy it to the new computer.

You could even move the apartment lots from the other neighbourhood into the Lots and Houses bin and then place them in Pleasantview – just make sure no Sim is living on the lot, or you could really mess up the game. Moving a Sim to another neighbourhood is a very involved process – it’s much easier to just put a few apartments into Pleasantview.
