You CAN use ANY OTHER account and play on LIVE, and play every game (signed in as someone other than me). Xbox Live is shared across the console (anyone can play). Purchases are shared across the console (anyone can play). Note: I actually buy a game, then install it on BOTH consoles- then my Buddy/Roommate and I play across live.
