Make sure testingcheats true is on) Also you used to be able to cas.fulleditmode and alter the pregnant sims body, stomache on particular and it would get rid of the baby. Not sure if that still works.

YES your sim is pregnant. It will take three days for the baby to be born, but if not… maybe the game’s just being weird right now. Is it for Nintendo ds??? Can your sims take break for food, bathroom, etc. in between woohoos?
