You can’t take a photo of more than one person, taking pictures of three sims standing together didn’t work, can’t take a photo of more than one in the photo studio. I’m stumped. edited because I said “adults” instead of “sims” which was a misquote.

Go to the map screen , then click on manage households. Click on the household that you want to save to your library. Then click on edit in cas. Then when in Cas, you can save your sims household there to,your library.
