Not had a chance to try it on an HD 4000 laptop yet, but it runs reasonably well at 1366×768, low-medium detail, on HD 3000. HD 4000 should be a bit quicker than that. The Sims 4 is pretty well optimized and runs alright on Intel HD graphics.
