Including the Pirates & Nobles quests, there are two quests which cost 0 Quest Points, two quests which cost 1 QP, 13 quests which cost 2 QP, 50 quests which cost 3 QP, and 19 quests which cost 4 QP. Annexing Advorton reduces the costs of quests costing 3-4 QP by one point.
