Thought I should mention, if you want to prevent it from happening follow these steps: Start -> Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound -> Sound -> Recording -> Right-Click Stereo Mix -> Disable. VoIP was only in the console versions. PC never had it VoIP was only in the console versions.
