There are a couple of options available once a pregnant Sim has gone into labour. With one exception (see Hospital Birth below), Sims will give birth only on their home lot. You’ll immediately be given the option to name the baby (or babies – in the case of a multiple birth, the pop-ups will appear one at a time).
