You do not need to make an appointment, but please be aware that we will be limiting the number of Guests who can be in the store at one time based on local guidelines and to encourage social distancing.
Can I still play bearville?
This website was a great world to bond with friends, explore, and recreational events. However, Bearville was shut down on March 31, 2015. As of 2021 there are copies of Bearville when you do a Google search for it, most likely made by data miners and skilled programmers.
Can I use Build-a-Bear voucher online?
You can redeem coupons, Build-A-Bear Workshop gift cards, and Build-A-Bear Bonus Club Reward Certificates online, just as you would in any of our store locations. Coupons and other promotions cannot be combined.
Can you get free shipping at Build-a-Bear?
Build-A-Bear offers free FedEx- Smart Post shipping with any purchase over $45 to any address in the United States. Free shipping does not apply to Canadian or international addresses. You can also select FedEx Two-day shipping for $15 or FedEx Next Day shipping for $20 if you need to receive your items sooner.

Can you take an unstuffed bear to build a bear?
My favorite tip, is you can order the bears “unstuffed” and take them into any local store and stuff them for FREE! Your kids get the experience and you got the best possible price. We find clearance deals regularly, so watch for sales and tuck them away. You can stuff them years later if you want.
