If you have a lesbian couple, choose the “Get others pregnant” option for one of your Sims. Make sure their partner has the “Become Pregnant” option selected. And that’s it! Your couple should now have the “Try for Baby” interaction!
Is it possible to get pregnant in the Sims 2?
As of yet, it is impossible to (legitimately) get a Teen pregnant in The Sims 2. However, there is a hack called the ‘Inteenimator’ that will allow Sim Teens to WooHoo and get pregnant. I think he got a notification of the birth. If not, check his geneology, when they are born it will be there. If it s a sim townie who lives in another house switch to her and have her take a preggo test. If it s a homeless sim if you see the morph you ‘ll know. It s too bad unplayable can’t tell you their preggo on their own.

No, you don’t need to take the test. I hardly ever do with my sims and they pop out the kids on a regular basis. Taking the test does seem to hurry the pregnancy along by a few hours though so it’s a worthwhile investment if you’re impatient.
