In The Sims 4, a Sim can use a computer to initiate an adoption by choosing “Household”, then “Adopt”. Each adoption costs §1,000. The player will be shown a pool of adoptable babies, toddlers and children, and can choose from that pool.
Where do you go to adopt a child in Sims 4?
If you use the phone, you can have a meetup (pet) or once again adopt instantly (child). So basically, you get the same menu no matter what you do for kids. If your Sim doesn’t have a computer, travel to the Willow Creek library or use the phone to do it (under Household > Hire a Service).
Can you have kids in the Sims Bustin Out?

Is there a way to adopt a child already?
I don’t think there is, and I don’t know of any mods that let you. Your only option is to merge the households and have the adopter adopt the kids as care dependents. Since you are willing to use cheats, if you merge households you can go to cas.fulleditmode and change the relationship from roommate to child.
What happens if you adopt a kid in the Sims?
If you adopt a kid the color of the skin is also completely random. If you don’t like the design – remove the family and edit the kid (skin color, eyes etc. cannot be changed). Can you get married in the Sims Bustin Out?
The Sims Bustin’ Out allows you to marry characters. Know who you can marry. You can’t marry any Sims the game created. You can only marry a person from the street, aka a “free” person. Know where you can get married.
How many Sims can you make in Bustin Out mode?
Before you can play the game, whether in Bustin’ Out or Free Play mode, you’ll need to create a Sim to control. In Bustin’ Out mode, you’ll only be able to create one adult Sim; in Free Play, you’ll be able to create a family of four Sims, in a mixture of adults and children. Watch out, ladies.
