Use the flightmaster and fly to Undercity. Make your way outside and slightly east to the zeppelin towers. Ascend the right hand tower (southern tower) and take the zeppelin to Org. Just use the Death Gate while in Ebon Hold, you will be returned to near your initial departure point.

Only way to skip it is to boost your character. I did that with WoD boost to 90, got all talents and items and my character never saw that area. But if you don’t have boost, or dont want to pay for it, you will have to do story.
