Morpha can be defeated very easily by using the Longshot to pull it, and continuing to do so when approaching the corners of the room to avoid it escaping. Link must repeatedly slash at it while trapped in the corner to defeat the boss quickly, and often injury-free.

The boss door is located on the 3rd floor, so you’ll have to make the short trek back to the third Triforce symbol (2nd floor, west door) to completely flood the temple. Once the water level is at its highest, use the Longshot to cross over to the dragon statue on the north side of the room, and enter the door.

You will see a mostly dried-up lake and a small pool of water. You’ll need to sink into that pool using the Iron Boots to enter the temple. Enter the Water Temple. Put on your Zora Tunic and your Iron Boots, then sink down to the bottom of the pool. When you look up, you will see a blue crystal. Hit it with the Hookshot to lift the temple gate.
How do you get out of the Great Bay Temple?
Float back up to the surface and climb out of the water. There are some Dexihands in the flowing water here next to the door. Shoot the jar between them with an arrow to find the eighth Stray Fairy. Either wear the Great Fairy Mask or hop in, allowing the Dexihands to shake you into it before they toss you out of the water.
How to beat the Water Temple in Ocarina of time?
Put on your Zora Tunic and your Iron Boots, then sink down to the bottom of the pool. When you look up, you will see a blue crystal. Hit it with the Hookshot to lift the temple gate. Take off the Boots, and you will be able to swim into the temple. Reunite with Princess Ruto. Put the Iron Boots back on.
Where is the waterwheel in lakebed temple Zelda?
The water flows through the door on the left side. If you follow this path, it leads to a waterwheel that you can now walk by, allowing you to get a Fairy and find a Blue Chu. However, to progress onward with the dungeon, take the door on the right side. Follow the pathway and head back through the door to the west.
