In order to hit the wings as a blademaster, you first have to either KO it or knock it down, and that gives you only a small window of time to attack the wings. Your best bet is to crag the wings with ruiner and/or bomber, or use a bow with ruiner.

the gunners can sleep ala before he roars, then you bomb his horns and switch to para right away. you can then para him before he roars and start shooting sleep while the hammers pound the horns. after the horns are broke you should be able to finish him with clust and break both wings.
