- Enter testingcheats true.
- Enter cas.fulleditmode (this enables you to make full edits, like when you start a new game)
- Now click on a sim while holding Shift down.
- Click that option and you’re ready to edit your sim.

Gender preference can be altered by consistently pushing a sim to flirt & make other romantic interaction with sims of the desired gender. Sims are not like humans. You cannot turn a straight human bean into a gay one but sims don’t care that much one way or the other.
