Is there a cheat to make a SIM get pregnant?
The day of the week that a Sim becomes pregnant does NOT matter. There is currently no existing cheat, mod or hack to force a specific gender. The only options are the Tombstone of Life and Death or exiting and reloading until you get the gender you want.
