How do you change a floating house in Sims 4?

If you have a version with that function; after entering Edit Town mode you have to evict or split (so only the sims you’re changing lose their short term wishes) your household, save the floating househould to the Library, then select them in the Library and edit them. When finished save them then replace or merge them in the house you want.
