You can get to Boggy Swamp by taking the wooden bridges that are to the left of the Gambler and Warrior when you first walk into the room that they’re in. You can only use these bridges after you’ve given the Warrior 90 Precursor Orbs, though.

How does level select work in Jak 3?
There’s level selects for all the acts of Jak 3, and if the same can be said for Jak II then you won’t have to worry about that because you can replay even the levels of areas you can’t return to. Level select resets your orb count and essentially starts a new game at whatever level you want.
