You can walk into any house you want (loading screens though) but you can’t steal stuff unless you are allowed to go to build mode and put stuff in household inventory but i doubt it. Re: There’s no option for sim to go upstairs on Sims 4 on Xbox one. Also, it’s always a good idea checking the controls panel during different actions in the game by pressing in the left joystick. Placing an item or roof or terrain tools will have a different control panel when you click in the left joystick.
