When you walk up to it, it will give you the prompt to build a bech. When you’re on the next islands, you should have (hopefully) built up enough skills and supplies to MAKE you own bench. Just got to the plans section and go under tools and the bamboo bench should be there .

Once u get chimp relationship up to 100 with hugging, chatting etc, an option will appear if u scroll right up to top ‘ask to gather’ then u can get him to do all the dirty work for u and gather resources u need like wood etc.

On the Second Island, I didn’t use two large rocks because I couldn’t find them either. I simply made one out of bamboo. So just find yourself the resources for the bamboo crafting bench plan and you should be good to go. The two rocks are in the East River Plains. They are by the East Beach foot prints.
