- Call the Sim you want to propose to.
- Serve a meal before the Sim arrive.
- Greet the Sim when he/she arrives.
- Allow the Sim to fill his/her motive up like going to the toilet.
- If he/she does not do anything to fill up him/her Fun Motive, do something fun and let him/her join you.
