In the tskmgr its going to show that your using a great deal of your memory, but most of that is qued memory that windows has sitting on stand by. I just checked mine and I sit around 500k (as in 500,000, not 500kBs)-600k when wow is running in windows 7, but I also run 4-5 add ons and have swtor downloading in the background.
