In my opinion, yes, it is. I enjoy the Art Style they are using this generation of The Sims. The emotions add a lot, the build mode is so different and so much easier than ever before. It’s just a really really good edition of The Sims, and with every Pack they add (Expansion, Game, and Stuff) it just gets better.
