Thanks for your feedback. Codes would have to be refunded with the retailer they were purchased from if the retailer allows it, but once it’s been redeemed they usually won’t allow a refund. What to do if you cant redeem a Microsoft code?
Codes shouldn’t contain the following characters: A, E, I, O, U, L, S, 0, 1, 5. If it’s a physical code, try returning it to the place you purchased it from and explaining that it couldn’t be redeemed. Use the Contact us button for help getting a replacement code. If you’re getting a message that your code has already been redeemed, make sure that you didn’t already redeem the code yourself, possibly under a different gamertag or Microsoft account.
What to do if your Xbox gift card does not have a code?
If your card does not have one, not to worry. You will have to contact Xbox Support directly at: and they should be able to help you out further.
