I’ve tried the general help tool which does nothing, I tries downloading the DirectX 9.0 and even when I use compatibly mode, the screen just shows up and disappeared. I even tried download certain graphic files and it won’t work. The only thing I haven’t tried is Windows 10 Graphic Problems-Sims Collection which is on the leefish site.
