What can you do with the dresser mod?
The mod has the capability to add accessories, body hair, makeup, and new hair to all sims, increasing the variety of your town’s population. Dresser also contains the ability to invalidate CAS parts which you do not want in your town, and will replace them with random choices when a sim rolls them on their outfit.
How do you change a SIM’s outfit in the Sims 2?
Click the checkmark to confirm the outfit. If your Sim is wearing the newly-changed clothing category (e.g. they’re in their pajamas and you just changed those), they’ll spin into the new outfit right away; otherwise, you’ll see the new outfit the next time they change into that clothing category.

You can do this on your sim’s phone. When your sim reaches level 6 of the stylist career or level 8 of the trend setter career they are now able to start giving other sims make overs. This is great for uglier townies who you just don’t like to look at and is found under friendly interactions.

Is there a way to change a SIM’s appearance?
Be aware that this will not change your Sim’s genetics. Using the cosmetic surgery machine will only change your Sim’s appearance and not their genotype, so they can still pass along potentially unwanted physical traits to their children. This can only be used on Young Adult Sims or older unless you use a mod.
How can I Change my Sim’s face in Sims 2?
Adjust your Sim’s facial features to your liking. If the machine works properly, you should be able to adjust your Sim’s face with sliders and preset templates, like you can in Create-a-Sim. Can you change a SIM’s hair color in the Sims 2?
