Unholy has been played exclusively 2h for eleven years not to mention the DW talent was always in the frost tree.

As it stood before this buff, 2H frost was lower damage than DW frost. This makes 2H frost slightly better than it previously was. Will never happen, because the difference in aoe is rune of razorice plus runic attenuation.
