World of Warcraft: Battle for Azeroth will release on August 14, 2018. The final date was revealed by game director Ion Hazzikostas at a preview event, according to PC Gamer. As with previous expansions, Battle for Azeroth will receive a pre-patch that will bridge the gap between Legion and the new storyline.
