The Ocean Sanctuary is inhabited by a unique form of creature, the Lobarrier. Use your Boomerang to bypass them and head into the cave entrance to the northwest. Inside the cave, run east and you’ll come to two Bomb flowers and a large gap. Pick a bomb up and head to the edge of the gap. Just across is a row of destructible blocks.
