- Download SimPE from here.
- Run SimPE once you’ve installed it.
- Go to Tools -> Neighborhood -> Neighborhood Browser.
- Choose “Pleasantview”
- Go to Tools -> Neighborhood -> Sim Browser.
- Check the “Uneditable” check box.
- Select Bella Goth from the list of sims.
