Inside the cave, run east and you’ll come to two Bomb flowers and a large gap. Pick a bomb up and head to the edge of the gap. Just across is a row of destructible blocks.

Once you arrive at the Tower of Spirits walk up the steps and enter the first door to get to the 1st floor of the Tower of Spirits. If you glance at the map you will notice there are gaps at the northwest part of the map which you cannot cross.
What happens when you get close to the ocean temple?
When you get close to the Ocean Temple, an evil Armored Train will appear in front of it. Be careful, because it makes better decisions about which tracks to change to, making it harder for you to get away. You can’t slow it down with your cannon, either. A Dark Train might appear on the tracks later, as well.
