Using Legion DoomKnight Start first with Legion Dark Blast to weaken your enemy, then start using your Touch of Doom and gain those stacks. Use Legion Dark Blast and Touch of Doom as soon as they’re ready, but always make sure you can keep up those Touch of Doom stacks in order to do relentless damage.
Is SDKA member only?
They won’t. The quests are staying member-only to preserve it as a member-only perk. The only reason the item itself is being changed is because members complained about having to consistently renew their membership to be able to equip it.
