How to get to the dungeon in Wind Waker?
Use the Boomerang to defeat the Yellow ChuChu inside and then push the block here to the southern wall. Climb on top of the block and wait for the water to rise, and then use a bomb to blow up the cracked wall in front of you. Hop inside the wall and open the chest for the Dungeon Map.
