Open it to get the map. Go back to the skull room and turn right, and use the Lens of Truth to see a fake wall on the right. Go through it, then go straight ahead through another fake wall. Go to the right, then go left, and the Lens of Truth will show you a fake wall straight ahead. Go through it, and go through the door within.
How to open the door to the Shadow Temple?
Walk down the stairs and stand on the pedestal. Use Din’s Fire to light all the surrounding torches at once, which will open the door to the Shadow Temple. Note: If you don’t have Din’s Fire yet, check the Fairy Fountain Locations section.
