I know where it is inside the colosseum and I have all aqueducts, along with every other shop and have completed everything through memory sequence 7, and dont plan to go farther than sequence 8 because I also cant figure out how to play in the animus after the last little scene.

The final Romulus Followers Lair is in the Vatican area. The Vatican area is in the top left hand corner of your map. To know you’re in the right area, there will be a bridge that is marked as Red i was thinking maybe if you go through the story line , it will reveal the locations later on .
