Delfino Plaza
To unlock Yoshi, players must first complete episode four of Pinna Park. It’s the episode where Mario has to get rid of the Koopa Troopas in the park. Once this is done, head back to Delfino Plaza to find Shadow Mario holding a Yoshi Egg.
How do you get Yoshi eggs in Super Mario Sunshine?
To do so, simply go to his egg, see what fruit he wants, and bring it back to him. Sometimes tracking down the desired fruit can be a challenge. If you cannot find the fruit he wants, try leaving the area and re-entering. Some Yoshi Eggs want a random fruit, while other Yoshi Eggs only want a specific fruit each time.
Where to find the Yoshi egg in gelato Beach?
You’ll find the Yoshi Egg where the Sand Castle was located only on Episode 6. Edit- To get to the sand castle area, go to the left from where you start and you should see somewhat of a peninsula attached to the main part of the beach. Hmmmmm…. Don’t get an awaiting moderation for that. I couldn’t think of anything else!

If Mario stands in the center of the rainbow and looks at the sun, you will be sent to Noki Bay. You must have completed Episode 4 of Pinna Park to unlock Sirena Beach. After you do that, Shadow Mario is back in town, this time trying to steal a Yoshi Egg!

Where to find Yoshi in beyond the Plaza?
Beyond the plaza is a long, broken path with many tightropes above it. Behind the fruit cabana is a coral reef where Episode 6 takes place. Also during Episode 6, Yoshi can be found on the peninsula. This episode’s objective is to go through a secret course revealed by spraying a Dune Bud .
