Oceana can get through a hole though, and you will then be able to enter. Go to the right side of the room and search there. Use the Multi-sensor to detect the treasure.

How to do lazy diving in Endless Ocean 2?
In Endless Ocean you’d keep going as if pointing at the edge of the screen you just left – in Endless Ocean 2 your diver will level off. This takes a bit of getting used to. The ‘lazy diving’ trick of covering the end of the remote seems to work though, so long as you are swimming horizontally.
