Unless The Sims 5 brings back The Sims 3 features and adds more along with improvements nothing will be worthy of being called a sequel to The Sims 3. Also what held Sims 3 back was its 32-bit executable (4GB RAM limitations), sloppy coding, and bad engine (seriously just use Unreal or Frostbite or make a new one with people who know tech).
