Shadow’s abilities are more expansive and he has plenty more abilities, not to mention he’s far more experienced against fighting strong people (Iblis isn’t that strong on his own, Sonic is). Shadow’s Chaos Control is superior compared to Silver as he’s inexperienced and hardly uses it and sticks to his normal powers.
